Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy

At Bharatkhand Consortium of Farmers Producer Company Limited, we take great care in ensuring that the products you receive are of the highest quality. However, in rare cases where there is a genuine issue, we offer product replacement, not refunds subject to verification and approval.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Order Cancellation
Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. To cancel, email us at Info@bharatkhand.net with your Order Number. Once approved, you will receive confirmation.
After Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
2. No Refund Policy
2.1 We do not offer any monetary refund under any circumstances.
2.2 Instead, we may replace the product but only after due verification and approval by our team.
2.3 Replacement is not guaranteed and depends entirely on the nature of the issue and evidence provided.
3. Replacement Policy (If Approved)
3.1 You may request a replacement only in the following cases:
A. Damaged Product
Email us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Order Number
• Image of Invoice
• 1 clear outer package image
• 2 clear images of the damaged product
We will verify and decide whether a replacement is applicable.
B. Missing Product
If any item is missing from your package, email us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Order Number
• Image of Invoice
• 1 clear outer package image
• 1 clear Image showing all received items
Upon verification, we may re-send the missing item. Refunds will not be issued.
C. Spoiled Product
If you believe a food product is spoiled (e.g., unusual smell, texture, or appearance):
• Email us within 10 days of delivery
• Provide:
• Order Number
• Date of packaging/manufacture
• Clear images or video showing the spoilage
Note:
Taste, aroma, or natural variations in organic items will not qualify for replacement. All requests are subject to case-by-case approval.
4. Membership Fees
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. You will retain access until your billing cycle ends, but no amount will be refunded.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Orders are shipped within 3 working days
5.2 Delivery time may vary by location
6. Return Policy
6.1 We do not accept returns under any reason
6.2 Only product replacement may be provided, if our team finds the issue valid.
7. Support & Contact
7.1 We respond within 24–48 working hours
7.2 Our team is here to assist, but final decisions regarding replacements lie with Bharatkhand Consortium.
